Stir Fry Noodles with Chicken and Vegetables

INGREDIENTS china_chef_big

  • 400 grams Taste of Asia egg or vegetable noodles
  • 450 grams chicken breasts cut into strips (can substitute beef or tofu)
  • 1 onion, cubed
  • 250 grams of green peas
  • 2 grated carrots
  • Marinade
  • ¼ cup Taste of Asia mirin
  • ½ cup Sempio soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Taste of Asia sesame oil
  • Cornflour
  • Serve with
  • Taste of Asia sweet and sour sauce
  • Sempio soy sauce

COOKING_METHOD

1. Marinate the chicken strips for about an hour.

2. Boil noodles in water for about 4 minutes and strain.

3. Heat oil in wok and fry the onion.

4. Add the marinated chicken strips, peas and carrots. Stir fry over high heat until chicken is golden.

5. Add noodles and stir fry until all ingredients are mixed.

6. Serve immediately with sweet and sour sauce and soy sauce.
