1. Boil the rice in water (2 cups of water for each cup of sushi). When rice is cooked, transfer to bowl. 2. Mix vinegar, sugar and salt, and add to the rice. Mix well and chill. 3. Place the nori on a sushi mat, with the rough side facing up. Spread a thin layer of rice on the nori, leaving 1 cm at the top edge of the nori. 4. Arrange a serving of vegetable and fish strips in a line at the top third of the rice. 5. Start to roll the nori and rice using the sushi mat, pressing gently to the end
