  • לחמניות באן Taste of Asia
  • 1 כוס רוטב סצ'ואן Taste of Asia
  • 4 כפות רוטב סויה בהיר Taste of Asia
  • 750 גרם בשר בקר או עוף חתוך לרצועות
  • 1 בצל גדול חתוך לרצועות
  • 2 כוסות כרוב קצוץ
  • חצי כוס עלי כוסברה
  • 1 בצל סגול פרוס לטבעות לטיגון + ½ בצל טרי להגשה

COOKING_METHOD

  1. מטגנים בצל אחד בווק או במחבת עד שהוא נהיה שקוף.

  2. מכניסים לווק את הבשר ומקפיצים.

  3. כשהבשר מתחיל להשחים מעט מוסיפים את הכרוב ומערבבים.

  4. מוזגים לווק את רוטב הסצ'ואן ורוטב הסויה הבהיר ומערבבים.

  5. מאדים את לחמניות הבאן לפי ההוראות על האריזה.

  6. שמים בכל באן את הבשר עם הרוטב ומעטרים בעלי כוסברה וטבעות בצל סגול טרי.
